We think this might be THE best time to go skiing We think this might be THE best time to go skiing - and that is especially true this winter! After a very grey winter in the UK, the weather in the Alps at this time of year is a balm - the sun is shining, the air is warmer and the days are longer. The snow conditions are exceptional, we had plenty of fresh snowfall during February and the warmer weather means soft, grippy snow, none of the ice that we all hate!
