Summer Catered Package

Our aim is for our guests to enjoy all the luxuries of a five star hotel, within the intimacy of a private residence, benefiting from being looked after by a team of professionals who deliver a full ‘chalet board’ service. Our summer catered service is designed to allow flexibility, being able to select lunch or dinner enables guests to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of the mountains with alfresco dining at lunchtime, or take a day trip and dine in the evening. Drinks are available from our Four Bottle Bar featuring fine wines, craft beers, select gins and spirits and our own cocktail menu. We’re also proud to showcase a unique spa partnership with Bamford whose products are also used throughout our portfolio.

Our Bed and Breakfast service offers guests a lavish continental breakfast each day and a discrete professional team who also provide a daily housekeeping service. Properties in our Luxury and Exclusive Collections benefit from a House Manager who, as well as acting as a private concierge for the guests, will make sure all the property’s facilities are running smoothly. All our House Managers are trained professionals who are able to adapt to guest needs and operate with discretion to ensure you experience the perfect stay.

  • In our Luxury and Exclusive Collection Properties you will be personally met by your House Manager on arrival

STAFFING IN LUXURY AND EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION PROPERTIES
  • For guests staying in an Exclusive or Luxury Collection property you will be supported by a House Manager who will ensure that guests can enjoy all of the chalet’s facilities — typically visiting:
    • In the morning to ensure the chalet is setup to enjoy that day
    • In the early evening to close down facilities (i.e. pools) as required
  • In addition the House Manager will be able to:
    • Help make local reservations and plan activities
    • Demonstrate the use of chalet equipment
    • Maintain spa facilities for the safe enjoyment of guests
CONCIERGE
  • Dedicated online booking area to simplify the management of your stay, making it easier to collect information from your whole group
  • Guests staying in our Luxury and Exclusive Collection properties also have access to a dedicated Concierge Manager to help arrange your full holiday itinerary including pre-booking of lift passes, airport transfers, instruction and other in-resort activities2

Our smaller properties are available on our Self-Catered package which covers all the essentials — including a personal meet and greet and a mid-week  housekeeping service — whilst giving you the freedom to design your own holiday.
